The Apartment Assistant Manager is responsible for leasing apartments, retaining residents through customer service, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for the assigned community. The Apartment Assistant Manager oversees the community in the absence of the General Manager.

The Apartment Property Manager manages the apartment community as a complete business unit in order to achieve operational and financial results. They train, supervise and mentor a team of Leasing Consultants and Maintenance staff to uphold the company’s policies for leasing, marketing, accounting, property appearance, and resident customer service.

The Drexel Collective, a PAC Community, is currently accepting resumes for an Apartment Maintenance Technician. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will assist in all maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area maintenance for the apartment community. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, HVAC certification. Preferred HVAC certification type 1 & 2, and pool license or certification. Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday thru Friday or as scheduled by the Service Manager; some nights and weekend work required.

The Drexel, a PAC Community, is currently accepting resumes for a Leasing Consultant to add to its team. The Leasing Consultant conducts daily leasing activities; including attaining leasing goals (occupancy and rent growth), building and managing rapport to generate interest, desire, and satisfaction for the PAC community. The Leasing Consultant also provides the ultimate in service to our residents; completes lease paperwork, and all other duties that correspond to leasing activities. Ultimately, a Leasing Consultant sells prospects and residents on the quality of the PAC brand and the lifestyle of a PAC apartment home.
